This report is about the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Faculty of Intercultural Studies at Yamaguchi Prefectural University and the Faculty of Humanities at Chung Cheng University, Chia-Yi, Taiwan. This MOU is the first step in establishing a relationship between Yamaguchi Prefectural University and Taiwan.
