Descriptions
生徒指導の未然防止や再発防止には、常態的・先行的（プロアクティブ）な生徒指導の重要性が指摘されている。日頃のすべての教育活動において、発達支持的な教育活動と課題未然防止教育の充実が、生徒指導上の諸問題の解決に結び付くと考えられる。本研究では、いじめ問題の再発防止の視点に立ち、組織的にいじめ問題の撲滅に取り組んだ実践研究である。全校生徒へのアンケート等をとおして、取り組みの成果がみられ、プロアクティブな生徒指導の有効性が明らかになった。
