近年、学生の力を大学運営に活用する「学生参画」への注目が各国で高まっている。日本の各大学においても、様々な形態の学生参画が実践されているが、大学運営への参画は低迷している。本稿では組織と学生の関係から大学運営への学生参画が進まないことを検証し、新たな学生参画による大学運営の可能性を指摘する。
There has been a growing interest in concepts such as student involvement, student participation, and student partnerships. However, student participation in university administration is low, especially in Japanese universities. The purpose of this paper is to attempt to clarify the structural problem in Japan in terms of its relationship with university organizations. The results of the literature review and case studies suggest that the possibility of the university management with new student partnerships.
