本研究は,本学の幼稚園教諭・保育士を目指す学生が,学外実習において障害などの理由で配慮を必要とする際の課題と大学の支援体制を検討することを目的とした。その結果,学生支援職員と実習担当教員の連携,学生が主体的に相談できる窓口の設置,配慮申請後に大学生活,授業,学外実習,就職活動までの支援を継続して対応・記録する取り組みを踏まえた学外実習における配慮手続きの流れを作成した。
