近年,学校生活上の不適応を示す中学生や高校生は多く,生徒の学校適応感に関わる要因の解明は重要である。本研究では,中学生及び高校生における教師の自律性支援への認知と学校適応感の関連を検証した。対象者は,中学1 年生608 名と高校1 年生594名であった。パス解析の結果,教師の自律性支援への認知は学校適応感との正の関連が示された。学校での教育相談場面における,教師の自律性支援をふまえた教師の対応について考察した。
