The force-distance relation between a dislocation and the agglomerate (trimer) of impurity-vacancy dipoles cannot be approximated to the Fleischer’s model taking account of the Friedel relation at 83 to 239 K, whereas the square force-distance relation between the two seems to be the most suitable model among the three: a square force-distance relation, a parabolic one, and a triangular one taking account of the Friedel relation. This is based on the relative curve of temperature and the strain-rate sensitivity due to the agglomerates.
