It is incontrovertible that academic achievement of students in universities and colleges (Ko-sens) has regretfully been decreasing for these years, partly with the declines of applicants for them, and partly with the influence of recent revision of curriculum in the secondary education institutions. Naturally every organization desperately tries to acquire more excellent students. To attain this purpose, student admission system is held in high respect in Ko-sens as one of the means of acquiring more qualified students. Needless to say, the system of student admission stands on the bases of every reliance upon junior high schools. It may be natural that we are relieved to accept those students who are "witnessed" by school authorities
