For three years, the new students have taken the same mathematics achievement test when they enter Oshima National College of Maritime Technology. In this paper, in order to analyze the results of this test, we compared the scores of the tests and the percentages of correct answer of each question for three years. We also calculated the correlation coefficient between the percentage of correct answer of each question and the grade of mathematics in their 1st and 2nd year, and compared the result of repeaters with that of 3 classes for each question. By this consideration, we found some suitable and unsuitable questions for this achievement test.
