Descriptions
The decision of the regional welfare plan came into being as a treatment program when it was specifi ed in Article 107 of the Social Welfare Law in 2000. As for the point of the regional welfare plan decision, fi rst the Resident participates in the plan decision， second the resident cooperates in promotion of the community welfare, third partnership of between the residents, the residents and the local municipality. The residents clarifi ed the life problem in the decision stage of the regional welfare plan. And they solves the life problem as practice of the plan.…
