Strain-rate cycling tests during the ultrasonic oscillation were carried out at 77-254K for four kinds of single crystals: KCl:Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+ or Ba2+. The plots of the strain-rate sensitivity of flow stress and stress decrement due to oscillation had two bending points and two plateau places. First bending point τp1 becomes smaller with decreasing temperature.
