In this paper, we evaluated the web accessibility of 58 organizations, including the National Institute of Technology and all the National colleges of Technology, and discussed the results by comparing with those presented by Takahashi et al.(2007).We discovered that 52 or 58 organizations(89.66%)have at least one or more issues in their web sites. Each organization has a different number of issues, but 46 organizations(79.31%)have 1-50 issues in their web site.Moreover,83.9% of the issues are related to question 1.1.1 or 1.4.4 from the perspective of the perspective of the number of each issue classified by performance criterion. We expected than many issues in the web site can be solved by the management of the issues related to question 1.1.1 or 1.4.4.Furthermore, we found that the number of organizations with multiple issues in their web site in 2015 was less than that in 2007.
