本研究の目的は、インターンシップ受入担当者の、インターンシップに関する考え方や関わり方、現場や学生との関係性等について、その意識や負担の内容を明らかにすることである。6企業・施設の受入担当者を対象に、半構造化面接調査を実施した。インタビューの逐語録をカード化しKJ法により分類、質的分析を行った結果として、次の3点が示された。①インターンシップには、成熟の段階がある。②受入担当者と現場や学生の関係性が、「一方向型」「移行型」「双方向型」の3つの型で表すことができる。③受入担当者の負担は、「明確に意識され表出される負担」「意識されていない負担」「消化されなければ、負担につながる可能性がある課題」に分類出来る。インターンシップの成熟の段階が図解で表すことが出来、個々の段階に属する企業・施設の支援の可能性が示唆された。
