　本稿では、ソーシャルワーク機能を実践で生かすために事例検討会に求められる要件を整理した。事例検討会は、ソーシャルワーカーがその実践力を向上させるために、重要な研鑽の機会である。しかしながらその目的や実施方法、参加メンバー等により多様な形態がみられるため、標準的なモデルは確立されていない。
　そこで、事例検討会においてソーシャルワークの観点から必要な視点や考え方、検討会後の実践での活用までを含めた流れをモデル化することは、ソーシャルワーカーが検討会を行う上での指針になると考えた。具体的には、まず検討会の効果と必要な視点について述べた。次に、検討会から実践までの流れをモデル化し、第３に評価シートを作成した。
　ソーシャルワーカーは、事例検討会での気づきを自らの中に蓄積させて実践で生かし、その経験を相互に言語として語ることが求められている。

　In this paper, it is showed which is required from the case study group, in order to utilize social work function with practice. Case study group is important for social worker to improve the practice. But because you can see various forms due to the purpose and execution method and the participation member etc, the standard model is not established.
　Then, it is necessary that point of view and thinking as for modelling the fl ow which includes to the application with practice after the study group. When the social worker does the study group, you thought from viewpoint of social work in the case study group that it becomes guide.First, it is expressed the effect and necessary point of view of the case study group. Second, the flow to practice was modelled from the study group, evaluation seat was drawn up the 3rd.
　The social worker, making the becoming aware in the case study group accumulate in the self, utilizes with practice, they talk to the other person what in addition as word is required.
