Yamaguchi prefectural university has been certifi cated by Eco-Action 21, a standard of environmental management system issued by Ministry of the Environment since 2006. We have brought forward the education for sustainable development (ESD) in the environmental commitment since 2008. We established the department vice-specialty "environmental system" that could provide a study transversely, and that laid emphasis on the personnel training where students could take sustainable society on in all specialized fields. This documentation is the report to have been evolved ESD used green curtain as study materials, and will give an account to development of ESD for the future.
