The objective of this thesis is to present the summary of English Education activities at UNCT since 2000. Based on this effort, above-mentioned activities are partially benefitted when considering the involvement of its PDCA cycle toward the local betterment of 'Model Core Curriculum’ provided by KOSEN, the Institute of National Colleges of Technology, Japan. Especially, outcomes of education system are highly respected and students are expected to cultivate their own communicative attitude with English speaking people in and out of Japan. In order to focus on this issue, all activities are referred to as items of analysis.
