This paper aims to propose a method for making a transportation plan by pure car carriers. Car manufacturers transport finished vehicles by trailers and pure car carriers. In this paper, we consider transportation by pure car carriers, formulate a transportation model for a mathematical programming problem, and clarify the effectiveness of our model by numerical examples.
