Oshima National College of Maritime Technology has been promoting the project to rejuvenate Suo-Oshima town using funds from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. This project plan consists of one basic and three advanced courses to develop participants as the entrepreneur using micro business. Web site designer and video editor course which is named as “sora course“ for short is one of these advanced courses and is the class for the people who want to be web site designers and video editors. In this paper, we discuss the contents, the training method and the results of this course as the annual report in a 5-year project. Then, we show the future plan of this course.
