Oshima National College of Maritime Technology has been promoting the project to reactivate Suo-Oshima town using fund of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology for four years. This is a 5-year project to strategically cope with the anticipated future-profit. In the paper we submit the annual report of the basic course of entrepreneur training in this project.
