Engineering ethics has very importance in the contemporary society, and it is increasing more especially in Japan. Ethics is the autonomous norm of the individual that each person ought to follow, but the law is the heteronomous norm that is made to follow by the power of the State, the local government and so on. It is very difficult that the most students under age study and understand ethics, because recently the shortage of their moralities in their ordinary lives become remarkable. And the main matter for engineering ethics is not only the ordinary morality but also it as a engineer, especially in the corporation. This study is aimed at the problems of the subject “Engineering Ethics” in the National College of Technology.
