In order to solve the problem of poverty, it is important to reconsider Japan’s housing policy and architect’s design philosophy. In Japan’s housing policy, self-help efforts has been emphasized. Hence the homeless problem is not solved yet, and it is necessary to review Japan’s housing policy while seeing the balance between self-help, mutual assistance, and public assistance.In this study, I consider about the philosophy of Kitaro Nishida.Kitaro Nishida created a unique philosophy to reveal the underlying sturucture of the world. This study is an attempt to create a theory of creative architecture as cooperation.
