　　This thesis is on the creation of the fashion and conveying them which are based on regional resources. We have been doing it since founding our graduate school. Our activity enhanced the network and relationship between industrial circle, shopping arcade and citizens surpassing the field of dress design. As a result, it led to the city creation. Our office activities for it are as follows.
1. Workshop and Contest of Masks which is projected through the achievement of "Mohri-Mask-Dance 13th BLUE MOON in the 21st National Culture Festival Yamaguchi 2006".
2. The project of fashion product development. The keyword is "Denim".
3. About the direction of the cultural performance "Mesena ga tunagu machizukuri".
4. Holding the fashion show. The theme is rural and sea which are natural resources of Yamaguchi and the concept of Denim Kimono.
5. Consideration of the effect to the creator and contribution to the city creation through making regional resource as a theme.
