〔目的〕知的障害者の行動障害の特徴とその原因になる環境要因を明らかにするため、知的障害者入所施設の保健医療担当職員が、どのような行動を問題行動とらえているか、問題行動の原因と社会参加を障害する度合いについてどのような認識を持つかを明らかにすることを研究の本目的とする。〔対象と方法〕山口県内の知的障害児者入所施設の保健医療担当者を対象として、国際生活機能分類（ICF)を用いた施設利用者の行動障害（問題行動）についての認識調査と、抗精神病薬の使用状況および、問題行動別の使用適応基準・効果についてアンケート調査
