“The trajectory of the student staff system and organizational problem-solving based learning projects by students at Yamaguchi Prefectural University”

本稿は、2007年の文部科学省学生支援GP事業の採択をきっかけに始まった山口県立大学学生スタッフ活動の報告である。採択から10年間の活動内容をみると、当初は多様であった活動領域がいくつかの区分に集約され、ピアサポート型、学生参画型、地域課題解決型の活動は減少し、大学業務補助型が増加していった。その中には学生が大学スタッフとして積極的に活動し、その後の自発的な活動に発展したものもあった。それらの活動から特筆すべき2 つの事例等を通してその意義を考察する。

In this paper we report student staff activities of Yamaguchi Prefectural University, started by the fund from MEXT’s Good Practice project. Various activities have been classified into several types, peer support, student participation and problem solving types diminished, whereas assistant work type proliferated in this decade. We discuss the significance of remarkable activities.
