In the modern society, the way of the support for the parent having few that I call for help to others even if I have the issue of life is a very big problem. Meanwhile, in the childcare scene where I am more likely to recognize the difficulty that a parent shows, the examination that "mind is belonging to it", and is enough about "anxiety" until now that a childminder feels for some kind of signals which a parent with some kind of problems shows in everyday life is not done.In this report, I investigated an interview to three nursery staff for the purpose of clarifying one end of what kind of actual situation whether felt "notice", and "anxiety" in the relation with the daily parent who was not the consultation scene of the nursery staff of the nursery school.
