レーザースペックル二次元血流画像化法（LSFG）による血流測定を臨床患者のフットケアへ応用するために、本稿ではフットケア外来で2 事例の糖尿病患者のフットケア前後に測定を行った。その結果、LSFGによる血流測定は、フットケアによる循環促進効果を数値だけでなく画像により可視化できた。今後の課題としては、事例を増やして病状や足病変との関連を検討していくことである。
