冷え症は女性に多くみられ、生命と生活の質を低下させる身体的要因の1つとなっている。本研究では冷え症に関する質問票の回答の再現性や評価尺度としての妥当性について検討するために、18~22歳の健康な女子大学生を対象として10項目からなる体の冷えに関するアンケート調査を実施した。夏期と冬期の2回の調査結果には有意な正の相関関係(r=0.682、P<0.05)が認められ、また該当項目数の合計値には2回の調査結果に差がなかった。全身寒冷負荷時の温熱性快適感の程度と該当項目の合計数には有意な負の相関関係(r=0.784、P<0.01)がみられた。以上の結果より、本研究で用いた質問票は冷え症評価尺度として信頼性と妥当性のあることが示唆された。
