One architect is not God. So a city should not be designed only by his idea. It is an idea of the dictator to regard others as a means for his selfish purpose. It is very important that human rights are respected and we become free. In this study, I consider about the philosophy of Kitaro Nishida and Immanuel Kant’s aesthetics. Although Kant built stoic aesthetics, I think that his aesthetics is not sufficient. Nishida created a unique philosophy to reveal the underlying structure of the world. This study is an attempt to create a theory of creative architecture as residential welfare.
