The purpose of this work is to build a system of repeater using D-STAR. This system is expected to contribute to backup activity against a regional disaster. The authors filed an application to open a repeater station to JARL (The Japan Amateur Radio League, Inc.). The attached communication map was drawn on the base of the experimental result. As a result, JARL has issued the radio station license for repeater system to us. So we set up the repeater devices. The devices were hooked up to the internet with ADSL line at the information education center. In the future, we will verify operation of this system, and intend to implement a wide range of communication experiments.
