The corrosion resin-casts and the tissue preparations (Azan staining) of the digestive diverticula of the Scalded clam, Tridacna squamosa were observed. The basic structure of the digestive diverticula was essentially identical to those of other species in Eulamellibranchia. The digestive diverticula surrounded the stomach on all sides except the ventral and the right sides. The orifices of the multiple ducts located at three large embayments of the stomach. Internal wall of the duct was covered from the orifices to the apex with the cilium. Each tubule extended at the end of the duct. The tubule had the darkly staining cell at the crypt.
