Although our computer club of Oshima National College of Maritime Technology has activity histories more than 30 years, in recent years, most of the members are introverted, and their activity will be low. In order to solve the problem, we've worked on improvement program of the club instruction for these six years and got the improvement of their aggressiveness and computer technology. Their motivation has been progressed through rebuilding of the club organization administration and their participation to the regional activation.
