In recent years, it was watching new generation system by clean energy, for example, solar, wind, and ocean nergy. In this report, we tried to calculate the amount of latent power for generation in Obatake-Seto and examined about the possibility of the ocean tide generation. Then, Darius type hydraulic turbine was manufactured for the generation as an experiment, and the character was evaluated.
