A workshop has been established by young members of our faculty. Its purpose is to provide a forum for the opportunity of staff to freely brainstorm and discuss ideas for improving lectures as well as extracurricular activities under the direction of our technical college 's vertical organizational structure. Our first concern was not to reproach those involved and the system that maintains the institution, but to consider a method for coping with institutional problems by committee members. Every effort has been made to reach constructive and practical solutions. We are confident that the result has been a positive advancement for research and education as well as improved working conditions at our institution. In this paper we refer to the outcomes, influences on the institution, and the activity of the work environment, as developed through the establishment of this workshop.
