Abstract: In order to strengthen semiconductor and information processing technologies, we have developed “BSO counter” by
using shift registers and MOSFET. As a result, the functioning BSO counter worked properly. An environment where students can
create BSO counters will help to know how to use semiconductor and to improve their skills. we can learn Information Processing
Technology, too. As mentioned above, making BSO counters will help improve the technical skills of students in the future and can
be seen as an example of an effective initiative for the transition to a new department.
