Abstract: In 2022, National Institute of Technology, Ube College celebrated its 60th anniversary. As part of the 60th anniversary commemorative activities, the Academic Information Center embarked on the relocation of numerous historical materials within the campus. At the same time, the Academic Information Center, including newly established Ube College Library student volunteers, participated. This report documents the proposed renovations for internal and external users and outcomes of the implementation.
