In this paper, we compare corporate strategy of Nintendo and Sony Computer Entertainment by balanced scorecard. First, we review preceding research related to balanced scorecard, strategy map. Second, we study video game industry, particularly the competition of both companies. Then, we make the strategy map of both companies, so examine each strategy for video game machine and game software development.
