Abstract
2000年代以降、食糧安全保障や環境問題を背景に、グローバル資本による海外農地の取得が加速している。中国は、その中でも最大の農地投資国の一つであり、海外への農業投資を拡大しており、カンボジアもその投資先である。カンボジア政府は「2001年土地法」に基づき、経済土地専有利用権(ELCs)制度を導入し、外資による農業開発を積極的に推進してきた。これにより、現地農家の土地利用に対して影響が及んでいるとの指摘があるが、ELCsを通じた中国企業の利用実態やその影響については、まだ十分な研究が行われていない。本論文は、現地調査に基づき、中国企業によるELCsの利用実態を示したうえで、キャッサバやバナナなど商業用農産物品目の多様化を通じて、カンボジアの農業に与える影響を解明した。
