Development of local human resources is one of the important issues. We introduce that we have provided courses that are useful for starting a business, nurturing the next generation, and supporting local activities for 12 years. The essence of "shima-square " is the idea that local human resources will grow while motivated people gather and interact, and maintaining such a place will be the foundation for supporting the region.
