Shima-square is an activity that aims to regional activation by entrepreneurship education. This paper shows the policies and reports of this activity which has been continuing nine years. The activity of Shima-square is to implement the course, to cultivate the next generation, to support the graduates and community activities. The activity of Shima-square is not intended to carry out the measures to the local creation directly. However, we think to lead to resolve regional issues by providing a place to gather people with a thought to the region and practice.
