Oshima National College of Maritime Technology is promoting the project to reactivate Suo-Oshima town using fund of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. This is a 5-year project, named as “Shima-square” to strategically cope with the anticipated future-profit. In this paper, we report this 3.5-years activity of the project. Finally, we discuss the enforcement situation of the final fiscal year.
