A Study of Management about Public Sports facilities : For the introduction of a designation management system about public facilities

Community sports system stand at a significant turning point now. That is introduction of the system to designate management about public facilities. But it anticipates difficulties in the introduction, because of the problem about the selection process and the employment issues. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the issues in introduction process of this system by the awareness of an organization' s members. The survey result showed as the following: 1. In some communities the system has figured very differently. Especially Pools and medium-scale gymnasiums are designated by private sector in urban areas. 2. By the introduction of system into public facilities contribute to the efficiency of sports administration. The local government still has to protect the equal access of facilities. 3. Extra-government organization is well-positioned to designate the systems. To pursue the efficiency in facilities are at the edge of theirs capabilities.
