教員免許状の取得を目指す学生は,大学における教職課程の履修を通して,教員として期待される様々な資質をはぐくむが,その中で「学習指導技量」は欠くことのできないものの一つである。本報告では,教育実習に参加した実習生の実習開始時に担当した授業における「学習指導技量」評定と実習終了時のそれとを比較分析して,実習生の実習における学習指導技量の向上の様相を分析した。そのときの視点として,開始時と終了時の学習指導技量評定値の差を「伸び値」として定義し,これの様相から学習指導領域の4つの下位分類を試みた。さらに,開始時の技量水準と終了時の総括的な「学習指導評価」の観点から,これらの現れ方を比較分析した。実習開始時の学習指導技量の水準は,必ずしも終了時の評価に直接結びつくものではないこと,最終的な評価に影響するのは,「授業展開の技量」であることなどが示唆された。
The students who aim to be the teacher of school improve some skills and abilities needed as teacher, in the program for teacher training. One of the important skills in those is the skills of the classroom curriculum. This paper reports that aspects of skills improved and how much these skills improved.
The teaching skills of the students were rated by using a rating scales consisted of 28 items by the instructor of the practice school at two stages. The 1st rating was at the beginning of the practice school period and the 2nd rating was at the termination of them.
