認定こども園への移行が保育者の保育観に及ぼした影響

The center for early childhood education and care as the integrated institution of kindergarten and nursery school has established. Since the center is the new type of institution, child-care workers are required to adjust their belief of child-caring process. We investigated the change of the belief before and after working the center for early childhood education and care. The questionnaire showed the following three points. (1)The beliefs the child-care workers, regardless of the child-care experience, changed to more "child centered" one. (2)The belief of the child-care workers who have much experience, especially the belief of the nursery teachers caged to more "process considered" one. (3)the belief of the child-care workers who have much experience at nursery school caged from "togetherness considered" one to "individuality considered" one.

幼保一体化施設である認定こども園が始まった。これまでにない形態の施設への移行にともない、保育者は自分の保育観を調整していく必要がある。そこで、認定こども園で働き始めた保育者の保育観が、それ以前と比べてどのように変化したかを検討した。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。1)保育経験にかかわらず、より「子ども中心」の保育観に変化した。2)保育歴の浅い保育者はもとより「過程重視」の保育観へと変化し、特にそれは保育所保育歴の長い保育者において顕著であった。3)保育所保育歴の長い保育者は「まとまり重視」の保育観から「個性尊重」の保育観へと変化した。
