本研究は､第3回・第4回 HTLV1 対策推進協議会において展開された議論を概観し整理することにより､HTLV1 関連疾患への公的対策がいかなるものとして焦点化されようとしているのか､協議会を構成するアクターの属性との関連で理解し分析しようとするものの第2報となる｡ 概観と考察の結果､協議会を構成するアクター間には､HTLV1 関連疾患に対する関心を共有してはいても､認識にずれが存在すること､そうしたずれの中で､各アクターが自身の経験や立場から意見を提示し合うことにより､より総合的な公的対策が導出されようとしていることが明らかになった｡
