国連で2015年に採択された持続可能な開発目標（以下ではSDGsと言う）を実現する１つの試みとして、2020年 度にブルー＆グリーン アートプロジェクトを立ち上げた。10月25日に第１回のプロジェクトを「海と陸の結婚」 と題して実施し、海と陸の問題を１連のものとしてとらえることの重要性についてシンポジウムで議論し、続く ファッションショーを通じてサステナブルファッションの事例とそれぞれの考え方についてプレゼンテーションを した。 本論は、主にSDGsの17の開発目標の中で、「12.つくる責任 つかう責任」「14.海の豊かさを守ろう」「15.陸の 豊かさを守ろう」に注目し、シンポジウムで得た知見を参考にして、サステナブルデザインを目指した企画デザイ ン研究室の作品について検証することを目的としている。 また、国際交流による作品制作の場であるスーパーグローバル・ファッションワークショップ2020は、新型コロ ナウィルス感染症の拡大が継続されたために、直接の交流は不可能となった。そこで、ラップランド大学とのオン ライン交流を通じて、意見交換し作品制作を双方の大学で行なった。アナ・ヌウッティネン教授が提示したテーマ 「2050年には何が起きたか？」の課題は、デザインが現実的な課題解決を行なうという次元を拡張し、スペキュラ ティブ・デザインが示唆する未来予想的なデザインを可能にする視点が提供されたことは有意義であった。 なお、地域資源の発掘とストーリー化についてマッピング技法を取り入れた。さらに、ファブラボが提唱するデ ジタル技術の中で、レーザーカッターを活用したステンシル技法を導入した。これらの技術を利用することから、 服飾デザインとテキスタイルデザインを融合させた新たな手法に挑戦することで、個人レベルでのプロトタイピン グの表現の可能性が格段に広がったことは有意義であった（クリスマスクリエーション2020、山口市民会館にて発表）今後、サステナブルな思考の元で、デジタル技術とファッション＆テキスタイルデザインを融合させることで、 さらに新しい表現を行なって行くことの重要性の認識と創作実践の課題が生まれた。
The Blue & Green Art Project was launched in 2020 as an attempt to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations in 2015. On October 25th, the first project was held under the title of "Marriage between Land and Sea", and the importance of grasping the series of problems that are connected between the land and sea was discussed at the symposium. Also, a presentation was made about various conceptions of sustainable development through case studies of fashion shows. This paper mainly focuses on "12. Responsible consumption and production ", "14. Life below water", and "15. Life on land" among the 17 of the SDGs. The purpose is to use the knowledge gained at the symposium to examine the research design works that aimed to achieve sustainable development. At the Super Global Fashion Workshop 2020, which is an event for international exchange of design works, direct exchange between participants became impossible due to the continued spread of the new coronavirus infection. Therefore, through online exchange with University of Lapland, ideas and design works were shared between the universities. The theme "What Happened in 2050?" presented by Professor Ana Nuutinen expands the dimension of using design to solve realistic problems, and it provided a valuable perspective of enabling speculative design to suggest future premonitions of design. In addition, we introduced a mapping technique for excavation of local resources and storytelling. Furthermore, among the digital technologies advocated by Fab Labs, we introduced a stencil technique that utilizes a laser cutter. By using these technologies, we could attempt a new technique that fused clothing and textile design, which provided a valuable opportunity to expand the possibilities of expression through prototyping at the individual level (presented at Christmas Creation 2020, Yamaguchi City Hall). In the future, under the direction of sustainable thinking, the fusing of digital technology with fashion and textile design will give rise to awareness of the importance of creating new forms of expression through creative practice.
