昭和戦前期までの日本社会において、出身地を同じくする人間の間の紐帯は非常に強く、それは現代人から見ると理解しがたい程のレベルだった。そしてそうした紐帯は、時として組織を不条理な方向に動かす威力すら持っていた。本稿では、戦前期の日本海軍を素材として、とくに大分・岩手・福井・長野・山口県出身者の事例を取り上げて、地縁による紐帯の実態を分析する。
In the first half of Showa Period people were much more bound together by a shared territorial bond than in contemporary era. Such networks sometimes had irrational effects in the society. This paper Gives a focus on Japanese Navy and takes Iwate, Fukui Nagano and Yamaguchi as examples. We examine how these interpersonal relationships functioned in these regions.
