本研究は、訪問支援における支援者の実践について明らかにすることを目的とした。探索的調査と位置づけ、データのバリエーションの豊かさに着目する質的方法を採用し、インタビュー調査で得られたデータは佐藤(2014)による｢定性的コーディング｣の方法の一部を参照して分析した。4名の支援者からの調査協力を得た結果、訪問支援を行う支援者の訪問支援に臨むにあたっての用意と訪問支援における支援の実践が導き出され、訪問支援における支援者の実践プロセスについて仮説的に明らかにすることができた。この結果から、中山間地域等で生活する利用者にとって、支援者が生活の場へ出向く訪問支援は大きな可能性を持っていることを考えることができた。
The objective of this study was to clarify the practical details of home visits conducted by social workers for mental health patients living in the community. There have been few previous studies into the practical details of home visits, so this study used an explorative survey, positioning, and qualitative research, to provide wide variations in data. It was decided that qualitative coding using Sato was applicable to the analysis of the data in this study because the objective was to clarify structures by making use of the data obtained. 4 home visitors cooperated in the survey. As a result, for a user living from this result in intermediate and mountainous area, it is thought that the visit support that a Human Care Experts goes to the place of the life has Potential for support.
