1型糖尿病思春期自己管理

本研究では、1型糖尿病患者の思春期の経験がその後の自己管理に与える影響について検討した。研究参加者6名に半構成的面接を行った結果、思春期という心身ともに不安定な時期に様々な壁にぶつかりながらも、親からの自立や体の変化に合わせたコントロール方法を確立していた。また、家族や友人、学校の先生などの協力が得られ、サポート体制が整っていると、自己管理が確立しやすく、患者も“1型糖尿病”を受け入れながら成長していくことが明らかとなった。
