本研究では、3年次学生43名を対象として、クリティカルケア実習における学生の達成感に影響している要因を分析すること、そしてそれを通して、クリティカルケア実習における教育の指導のあり方を考えることを目的とし、実習終了後に質問紙調査を行った。影響要因としては第1報の6要因にカリキュラムを加えた７要因をとりあげ達成感との関連性を分析した。 結果として、達成感との強い関連を認めた要因は、臨床指導者との関わり、既習の学習・自分自身の3つの要因であった。クリティカルケア実習においては、患者の状態適切に
