故意に歪められた研究成果が医療現場に直接影響を与え、医師の処方行動を大きく変えてしまったという状況において、司法はデータの改ざんを行った者に無罪の判断を示した。医学研究における不正行為は、ときに患者の生命・身体に影響を及ぼし得る。これから迎えるAIの時代に、故意によるデータ改ざんやねつ造を放置しておいて良いのだろうか。それには、法的規制が適しているのだろうか。
he judiciary showed innocent judgment to those who tamper with data in the situation that deliberately distorted research results directly influenced the medical scene and greatly changed the prescribing behavior of the doctor. Medical misconducts could sometimes affect the life and body of a patient. Will it be okay to leave intentional data falsification or fabrication in the age of AI to welcome from now? Is that legal restriction suitable for that?
