本研究は学生の看護基本技術経験に関して臨床の看護師がどのように認識しているかを明らかにし、今後の技術教育を検討する際の一助とする目的で行った。調査は、山口市周辺にある300床以上の医療機関３施設に所属する看護職760名を対象に、看護基本技術103項目毎に、「学内演習での経験」「臨地実習での経験」の必要性の有無、さらに「臨地実習での経験する際の実施条件（水準）の認識について選択方式で回答を求めた。結果として、669(88%)の有功回答を得た。看護基本技術103項目すべてに対して50%以上の看護職が、学生時
